Your QDNS server tried to query the three servers listed (which are
globix.net name servers) for some information in the hfmus.com. zone. Those
servers have authority for hfmus.com. delegated to them, but they
apparently don't return authoritative data for the zone, hence the 'lame
delegation.' QDNS is not telling you that there's anything wrong with your
own set-up, it's the globix.net servers that have the problem.

No. It has nothing to do with anyone thinking you should be authoritative
for hfmus.com.

A 'lame delegation' occurs when a name server has authority for a given
zone delegated to it, but doesn't actually have authoritative data for the
zone.

There do seem to be an awful lot of clueless DNS admins out there...

Nope. If you know the admin for hfmus.com., though, you might want to clue
him/her into the lame delegation.
