Yes, but when an employee is asked by a customer to bill a virtual check,
or a credit card just this time, they cannot always do it right then. The
printer has to be loaded with virtual checks, and we do credit cards in
batches, not real time.
Is it becoming painfully obvious to me that Optigold is no longer
supporting batch processing, just real time?
