Cards Not Being Approved in Opti

Shawn...we have had a number of credit cards which are apparently valid and
legitimate cards that are being declined when we process them into PC Auth
Hub through Optigold...we know they are valid because we can enter them
directly into the PC Auth Client and they will be approved. We came across
this because we had several irate customers who had provided us with
legitimate card numbers yell at us after we sent them a decline letter.

Do you have any idea what's going on?

What's really irratating is that the declined cards processed through
Optigold are not showing up in the PC Auth batch list...so we have no idea
what kind of code is being generated. This is something specific to
Optigold because if a card is entered into PC Auth Client and declined it
will be listed in the batch list. We need Optigold to do this as well.
