Yep... it's one of those undocumentd features I added so that it doesn't
confuse people... {grin}
Anyway, setup an automated task employee first of all. (Let's say his
login is 'auto', password is 'auto', and employee name is 'Automated
Tasks'). Also, set the employee's Open All preference to Yes.
When you are at the login prompt, hit the Prefs button and change the
workstation's name to 'Automated Taks' (or whatever you use as the
employee's name you just setup). That workstation will automatically log
itself into Optigold ISP and open all files.
In case you are wondering if this is a potential security issue since
anyone can change the name of their workstation... No, it's not, because
automated task employees shouldn't be part of any groups (therefore not
having access to anything), and it will only work with an automated task
employee.
