Had a similar situation the other day with a customer, I restarted the
Primary Quick DNS Server and the problem resolved itself. I did a bunch of
tests before this and noticed that their particular ISP was for some reason
not querying our Secondary Server only the Primary which it was requesting
new data from for some reason
