Date: Thursday, August 8, 2002 Time: 12:24:50 pm Shawn, We would like to implement a system where our support email alias forwards to whoever is on shift at the time. Does OG have any sort of functionality that changes the alias for you automatically or does something similar? (e.g. Joe works 7-5 so support alias points to him, but then changes at 5 to point to Bob until 11, then shifts back to Joe to catch up in the morning.)
