Search Again: Key File? From: JR Miller Date: Thursday, August 8, 2002 Time: 11:48:44 pm Shawn, Upon upgrading our current version of Optigold to the latest, we got the download and install complete, but upon opening the latest version, we're prompted that we do not have the latest key file, although we can see that it generated a new one. Does the key file have to be sent to us any and/or every time we upgrade? We didn't know about this, so upon doing this in the middle of the night, we get stuck in the middle of two different versions of Optigold with no one to call. We did end up reverting to the old version again by going to our backed-up folder, but it would have been helpful if somewhere in the upgrade instructions it notified us that we'd need a key file from you, if it is required for each upgrade.
