OOPS?From: Chris Kenward Date: Monday, August 12, 2002
Time: 6:39:47 amHi Shawn
Just noticed a little 'flaw' in your Domain Renewal invoice process.
When we renew a domain, using the Domain Manager, it correctly produces
an invoice for that account, with the domain name nicely noted in the
product line. Great. However, it also writes the following in the
comments box at the bottom of the invoice:
"Domain registered through 8/12/2004"
This is the date that the domain is invoiced, rather than the expiry
date (preferably the NEW expiry date) of the domain. Could you please
fix this by adding the quantity (in this case 2 years) to the expiry
year of the domain?
This would save me a LOT of work, as for each domain I invoice I have to
manually go back to the customer's account and change the invoice to
read the correct expiry date.
This is a 'biggie' for us and we would sincerely appreciate it if you
could incorporate the change as soon as you get a chance.
Many thanks
Chris Kenward
