Correction !!

OK, when I add the new customer to OptiGold, we still receive the email
stated in my earlier post but the user is not added to the radius file
if I add the billing cycle during the time I add the user. If I wait
till the user is already in OptiGold and then add the billing cycle
item, they are added to the radius file.

Thanks,

Subject: [Optigold ISP] Server events

Hello:

We originally had our server events setup for our radius file on "Create
Customer" type and it worked perfectly but it added all customers
(Hosting and Dialup) to the file. So, we tried to use the same SQL
statement for "Create Billing Cycle" type and the user is not added to
the radius file and we receive the following email.

> A server event was triggered by Admin Account that had no
corresponding event defined for it.

> The type of event that was triggered was: "Create Customer" for
mbergdale

> Server events can be defined under Maintenance & Preferences -> Server
Events Setup
