Richard, thanks for the suggestion.

That was one of the parameters that I checked to make sure that it was set
properly. All of these were current accounts. Along with the accounts
that did not get an invoice was one account that was invoiced 5 times. No
suitable explanation has been offered other than "rebuild the indexes"
which is scheduled as a nightly auto task and which had been manually done
right before the month's invoicing was generated.

I appreciate the thought.
