Domain renewals

Domain renewal invoices are not being sent automatically, domain manager has
the auto send switch selected.
Under domain manager, renewals, the invoice is being shown, but zero value,
unless the overide product ID is entered when the domain is added.
When manually sending the invoice under domain renewals, all is fine
(providing the overide is entered)
