Tech call Billing

Piggy backing on the Tech call thang ;)

We charge for tech time over a certian amount of minutes. Is there any way
to record the length of time a tech spends with a customer on the phone and
then to bill the customer in some increment.

Right now we have to keep a separate log in a database of the customer start
and stop times and then total for the month and bill.

Is there an easier way?
