Yep... it's pretty smart... you can leave them off completely if you
wish. (If you want to leave one off but then use one that is to the
right of it, you will need to enter a zero for the one you are leaving
off). So if you just want to use login and time online, you can just do
those two, or you can do the first three, but if you want to use time
online, times logged in and bandwidth, you will need to enter a 0 for the
secondary time usage time (otherwise it would be in the 4th position, and
it would think it's secondary time.

So to answer your question, yes you can leave them off. :-)
