We purchased the product "QuickDNS 3.5". What was delivered was "QDNS
Remote", which runs on Linux, and provides a management interface to the
BIND DNS server. These management services are accessed by "QuickDNS
Manager", a client tool that runs on MacOS.

So, in our case, QuickDNS 3.5 _isn't_ the actual DNS server, but rather a
collection of tools for managing/configuring BIND. From what you indicate
above, then, there isn't much difference between 3.5 and 4.0.
