Search Again: Accounts To Be Placed on Hold (Report via e-mail) From: Javier Galvez Date: Monday, September 2, 2002 Time: 6:29:34 am Shawn, Is there any chance to include the posibility to send a report either automatically or manually of all the accounts that are being Placed on hold thru this button, and by who. For example, I hit Place Customer on Hold button. Shows me a listing, and I accidentaly hit Place on hold from hold. Or even if you want to receive via e-mail who will be placed on hold, for comparison reason. I will not know how many customers I placed on hold, and who they were.
