Well the quick and obvious about 4.0 is that a) it can be mutli-user, so you
can distribute DNS tasks down to a record in a zone from what I have gathered,
though not using this part.

Seems faster to me, but could just be me.

Allows for a history on each zone, so when I make a change, and hit save, it
asks for a description of what was done and is saved along with a time date
stamp and who was logged in to make that change, which for us is always the
same person. This could be a huge thing if we get another employee that is
doing DNS changes, then we can audit who did what changes. Very nice.

Unsure what else yet. Oh we are running 4.0 under Solaris 8 and RH Linux 7.2
