Yes. There was a post a few days ago from one of our engineers about
how to clean up and get running again after upgrading to Mac OS X
10.2. Basically, it moves some files around, and you have to manually
put them back using Terminal.

Note that if you install Mac OS X 10.2 first, and then QuickDNS, you
should have no problems.

No, though again, upgrading to 10.2 after installing QuickDNS 4 is
going to cause problems.
