I pulled that window this way:

Main Menu -> Usage -> August usage and shows the following::

Usage Detal

Month August 2002
Times Logged in 50
Time Online 11:47:00 Allowed 9999:00:00 Billed NOT CHECKED

This customer should be billed for thoes 11 hours 47 minutes on
september's invoice, but he wasn't

The samething happen with everysingle other customer
