This may look funny, but my Marketing department's Manager requested the
following:
Since we have 10 sales commisioned people, we must track the calls that
this guys are doing, and we must also track the times that they called to
this posible customers.
The only way to track this info, is reading ACTIVITIES, but this
activities carry only the DATE of contact.
I request addding also the TIME along with the DATE, as in tech support.
I agree with this request, since in tech support we know what time tech
guys received the call initially, and for sales people it's very important
to track how many times they called, at what times, if they followed some
schedule, if they returned the call on the apropiate date, if they called
on time, and the only way to track this is reading their comments and
knowing that they did not created all those comments in the last half hour
of the day
If you agree with such a greaat change, that screen will look like this
