Search Again: Web Signup Interface From: Terrell Patrick Date: Monday, September 2, 2002 Time: 6:31:28 pm Shawn: Please explain how to allow or do the following: We have several customers who sign up from our web site that would like to be able to select multiple items when selecting our services. I am aware of the different drop downs but it seems that the first is mandatory and the other two are optional. Here is are dilemma, if a customer would like to select a dialup account and a hosting account. They can not because they are both listed in the first drop down. If we make it where the hosting is in the second drop down then the customers who just wants a hosting account can not select this item because the first drop down is required. We have requested before a simpler web signup but you suggested modifying the web interface. We did this in the past but had to upgrade due to the interface was unsecured and back to square one went with the upgrade. We do not want to spend hours modifying the web interface after each upgrade. So we come to you for a solution. Looking for some sort of simpler web signup, especially the product selection area.
