To be honest, probably not...

That "blank" space to the right of the E-Mail button on the customer info
screens isn't really blank. Red messages show up there automatically
when an account needs your attention. For example, if an account is past
due, has open invoices on file that should be closed, tells if they are
tagged for deletion, etc.

So there isn't a whole lot of room to squeeze it in there.

Plus, the to-do's really don't have anything to do with customer's
really. :-)
