The referrer gets an invoice posted to their account with the referral
credit (whether it be a monetary credit and/or time credit).

You can go to the customer info screen and click the Credit button to
credit for their referral manually.
I suppose that a "manual mass referral credit" system could be added...
The code is there, I could just have it hit the automated tasks routines,
but trigger a confirmation list first. Easy enough... The one thing that
may hold it back is where would you suggest putting a button for that?
