and give them access to the ISP Management Interface. If you have each
reseller's customers Account Class specific to that reseller, then you
can limit what accounts they can see based on their employee login.
Don't feel that since they aren't an "Employee" that you can't put them
in there...They are free.
We do this with our VISP's, and it works great. They can all
add/delete/hold, etc their accounts without any need to contact us.
If you don't specify their customers with their own Account Class, then
the Reseller will have access to ALL the customers in the database will
be visible to them, which would be a bad thing.
