Search Again: Invoicing bug? From: Greg Gibson Date: Wednesday, March 17, 1999 Time: 5:06:22 pm Shawn...if we go into an account and hit CREATE NEW INVOICE, the drop down product list for billing cyle items is incomplete. For example, many of our dialup account options do not display at all in this list. However, if we manually type the product id number and hit return then the correct information will display in all fields...but it is not visible in the drop down menu. What's up?
