When you manually create an invoice, and do not choose to include billing
cycle items (clicking 'no' at the 'add billing cycle items' prompt) you
only have the option to add one-time (non-recurring) charges or type in the
product id to get it to show up. If you're not getting the prompt, then
you need to add those billing cycle items for the customer under billing
cycle items, and they will be added automagically if you click yes to add
billing cycle items to the invoice.
