Re: Minor Gripe about Billing Credit CardsFrom: Alan Rader Date: Wednesday, March 17, 1999
Time: 6:17:46 pmHow about if you are using PC HUb, not being limited to only bill those
users that are set to monthly billing CC or Debit. If I have someone
sign up on the phone and wants to use a CC just to get started and then
be invoiced, I have to set them up as a CC user, then go in after they
are billed and change it to none. Also along the lines, if we have a
user with a CC on file, if they call in and say put this month on my CC,
it would be nice if when you click the Payment with CC on file, it runs
it through PC Hub.
One other feature that would be nice. When signing up a new user, after
entering them, creating the invoice, then it ask you if you want to post
a payment, is there a way to use PC Hub, Auth, at this point to run the
card and post the payment?
