Re: Restoring Cancelled Customers? From: Alan Rader Date: Wednesday, March 17, 1999
Time: 6:17:48 pmIf you do not have OG automatically remove your users when you cancel
them, then they are not gone. We have ours setup this way for this
reason. We can cancel an account, but until we use the auto cancel
script from the script menu, all the users info stays in our passwd
file. We do put them on hold first which disables their account, then
change it to cancel if need be. If they pay, change it back to hold and
then do a restore.
