Search Again: Welcome Letter Triggers From: Chris Terrien Date: Tuesday, September 24, 2002 Time: 11:21:20 pm I know that the Welcome Letter triggers when you *approve* the account automatically. BUT. We are using a SQL database with our Mail server, and mail boxes are not *poped*, or created, to accept email until the first time the customer logs into the email account. With that said, the Welcome Letter never makes it to the box, since it was not *created* at the time of sending. Is there a way to Delay the Welcome Letter send out by a x number of days, OR a way to *Manual* send the Welcome Letter that I must be blind to finding in the OG settings somewhere /smirk If not, then I guess it is time for us to write another mini script to *pop* the mail box ourselves for the customer at time of account creation.
