Search Again: Re: Reseller Control Panel From: Dave Tanguay Date: Wednesday, September 25, 2002 Time: 10:56:20 pm Hi Shawn, It would be nice if my resellers could login, view all their account, activate, place on hold, release from hold, & delete accounts. It appears some Optigold users are already doing this. I understand I could create an employee group for resellers so they could login to the ISP manager, but I don't see anywhere where they could do any of the above. I am sure there is a way for me to customize it, but it would be very helpful if these features came out in future release. Also, other control panels like Ensim and Hsphere handle the billing for the resellers' customers. I am sure many of my resellers would love the fact if my Optigold database did the billing for their customers too. There could be a section in which each of my resellers could enter in their merchant account information, company name, the prices they would like to charge their customer, etc... It would also be helpful if their were forms already created that they could use for their customer sign-up which would use their prices/packages & merchant account. But maybe that might be stretching it... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
