Also, terms/restrictions of the competitive upgrade pricing is pretty
simple... It would need to be listed on the competition page at
http://www.digitalpoint.com/products/competition.html and the discount given
will not exceed the price paid for the competing software (for example if
you purchased a competitive package for $100, the discount would not be OVER
$100).
