That doesn't mean it's not linked to a customer, it just means someone
clicked on the "New Email" button and left everything blank. If you look at
the list of blank emails (which is not the same as null emails), and you
click on one of the emails, does it pull up a customer record? If it does,
then it's linked to that customer. If it does not, THEN it's a null email.
