Search Again: Service Record From: Victor Spadaro Date: Thursday, March 18, 1999 Time: 11:16:28 am Our tech-support dept (which is off-site) is using the software and prints out a service record so they have the login and password so they can go to the customers house and set them up. They now tell me the credit card info is on the paper they print.
