From: WattsAngelM@aol.com Date: Tuesday, October 1, 2002 Time: 10:50:59 am When I go to add something to someone's billing cycle and I choose "56K - Yearly Fee" (it has 12 in the months credit field, the monthly rate and the qty.) it tells me "Customer's months don't balance. Total months credit should be 1, while it's currently 120)." I want 12 months credit or it will only move the exp date ahead one month instead of a year when he pays. Why is it saying 120?
