Optigold and Radius?

Hello,
I am still stumbling with opigold and radius implementation, i guess the
simplest way, would be for me to write a script that optigold uses to change
the system user password on the unix system that runs the radius server. But
my question is i would have to then have the radius server authenticate from
the passwd file, does anyone know how to make radius authenticate from the
passwd file instead of the radius users file?
