You must create a slave zone on your server for each master zone on
the other server. If they add more zones, you must also add more
zones. They may also need to configure their server to allow this, if
their server restricts zone transfers.

Furthermore, the other business will have to arrange to have the
delegation records for each of their zones updated to also point to
your server. For registered domains, this means altering the
registration record. For reverse zones, this probably means talking
to their ISP.
