No. QuickDNS requires that the datasource for all configuration and
zone files be local text files on the server. With the exception of
/etc/named.conf, the files must all be in /var/named/.

AppleScript. We're about to release QuickDNS Manager 4.0.2, along
with a nice collection of scripts (similar to the ones released with
version 3.5); this should give you plenty of examples of how to
script QuickDNS Manager.
That's about it for now. QuickDNS 4.5 may offer more options...
