(sorry all for adding to this thread.. I could not help it)

Mr "BurstNET Technologies, Inc President - C.E.O". ... I know what your=
strategy is.

You are too lazy or disorganized to write a simple paragraph to meet their=
very lax contract conditions so instead you will yell and and scream=
bloody murder until you get your way. You hope to be such a nuisance to=
everyone that DigitalPoint just caves and gives in to you. Your methods=
are that of a pathetic idiot and they are completely transparent to me.

You like to trumpet to the world that you are "President" and "CEO" ...for=
the sake of your own grief *please* act like one. Your behavior reveals=
the whole story. You are the problem here and it is obvious to me and=
probably everyone on this list. Conform to their conditions and you will=
get your money back ! Do you know what the word principals means? I really=
hope Digital Point does not cave in to your childish tantrums.

Oh and by the way.. I'm not a lawyer but I doubt statements admitting=
slander like this below would earn you favor with a judge - if it ever=
came down to that. A matter of fact if I was a lawyer I would be emailing=
Shawn privately while printing this out with the full message headers.

> Getting our money's worth by defacing their company is our last=
resort....

What will you say in response to this? Will you assail my character? Will=
you make all sorts of threats? Go for it and waste your life. If I were=
you I would write out a one paragraph explanation, apologize, and politely=
ask them to bend their posted policies and send you a refund. Then send=
them a thank you note for bending the rules. That would be what a real CEO=
would do. Right now you are just being a jerk and generally making people=
angry. Is that in line with your goals?? What kind of "CEO" are you??? If=
you have half a clue you will learn to be more reasonable from this.

> I am not denying I am an a**hole.

Good and I am sure everyone agree's. You need to go away and fix this=
personal problem of yours. This type behaviour is NEVER justified.

So please take your rantings and slander attempts elsewhere. This is a list=
for people that use Optigold not a list for you to slander Digital Point.=
Go setup Plat.

BTW Have fun spending tons of money and time on Platypus and MS SQL.
