Re: Re: BEWARE - Do Not Use Optigold - DISHONESTLIARSFrom: Don Brown Date: Thursday, October 10, 2002
Time: 8:38:56 pmO.K. Thank you for admitting that you didn't know why it was
purchased in the first place. Isn't that akin to not having a clue?
However, as any businessman knows, the terms of sale are set by the
seller. Your firm requested a refund beyond those terms and Optigold
looked like they would oblige, to you. They had no responsibility to
do so, however, based upon the "upfront" terms of sale.
Now, you are complaining about the conditions which Optigold placed
upon the return - a return they didn't even have to consider, based
upon the original terms of sale. Stopping right here, you have no
case and no status.
If Optigold said, if you do this, then we'd do that, well, you didn't
do what they requested. Even so, it doesn't change the original terms
of sale. They were only attempting to accommodate you - and you used
it as a gun against them.
Shame on you.
You're the thief . . .
