I'm with others on this; any business relations that may have taken
place with BurstNET or any related products will be out of the picture
completely. A person in a position of authority (chief of a company)
should always keep his cool regardless. Going out and publicly
slandering a company does a few things:

- Damages your public image and will eventually trickle down to all your
employees about what type of "leader" they have running the show --
especially if this gets out to the media.
- Tarnishes any business relations you currently have or may have in the
future.
- Most of all, you open yourself to a lawsuit by Shawn for completely
slandering his company in a public forum.

After following the thread here I've been able to easily type your
personality among for the 4 major categories. Definitely a
demanding/irate individual that doesn't understand that whom they are
communicating with is human. Years ago when I started at the ground
floor of an ISP taking inbound calls I loved getting calls like this in
a sick way. They would call up demanding a refund for everything from 20
cents to 200 dollars. However they would never accept responsibility for
anything they could control. It was always the fault of the company and
we had to fix the problem. Catch is...the solution could not be the
correct one; it had to be one they wanted regardless. Now I'm in a
different position, I make the calls...write the policies...etc for my
ISP. If a customer like this would call up, harass and badger my
employees like has been done on the thread -- that user would be sent to
me directly where I would either - 1) cancel their account and refund
their money and tell them to find someone else to meet their needs, or
if they were going to cancel anyway 2) play by the policy they agreed to
when they signed up and not waiver one bit. If they aren't going to
treat my employees with respect and be professional - I don't want them
as a customer because that personally affects my employees' moral and
hinders their ability to do the job correctly. Those of us that started
on the ground floor taking calls know what it is like to get just a
completely rude and hateful person that requires you to step away from
the phones for a few minutes to bring yourself together.

Anyway, I hope you have taken a careful look at yourself for what you
have done. If I was an employee working for a company whose chief acted
like what has been portrayed here -- I would walk out in a second.

That's all I have to say on this matter...it just really bothers me when
I see the leader of a supposed respected company acting like this in
public. Shawn -- the product is great and meets the needs that we have
so far and will be switching from our in house software over to Optigold
completely...regardless of what others say. Keep up the great work.

DISHONESTLIARS

Is this hard for you or you do not "handle" this (I presume your "Tech"
guys do)

Grab a piece of paper, and copy the following paragraphs:

Whatever city Oct 10, 2002

Shawn Hogan
President
Digital Point Solutions

Ref.: RMA xxxxxxxxx

Dear sir,

Please be kind to refund me my badly wasted money, in your Optigold
product, since my tech people was not able to install, and THEY did not
mentioned me that the soft was free for trial.

I made a mistake purchasing this soft, and PLEASE be kind to send me my
money to the address below.

I'm unhappy with your soft, because I do not know how to operate it, in
fact I could'nt even install it. BUT without installing it I discovered
that has many security issues.

Thank you in advance and have a great day

Sincerely,

SMA
PRES/CEO
BURSTNET

Hey Pal, Where did you learn to READ? even I did understood that Shawn
just asked a quick note why you did not like the soft, I wrote for you.
Sorry for my English, but my native tonge is Spanish.

I would suggest doing this by yourself, grab a letterhead paper from
your
BURSTNET company, and print this, send to DigitalPoint and stop wasting
our time.

Optigold comunity is developing Optigold and we do not want rude people
like you, we are developing OG and you do not belong to our comunity.

So please be kind to do this and stop this thread.
