A word to the wise, its not very smart to make disparaging comments to a
PUBLIC EMAIL list whereby your attempting to purposely damage a companies
reputation and harm their business.

Whether actual damages are incurred or not, you can be held liable for su=
ch
statements.

Sometimes its best to keep your mouth shut and just take whatever action =
you
feel is necessary; it can avoid some serious problems.
