We tried quite a few products about 4 years ago, and NONE did what we wanted it to do. I can't remember how I stumbled on OG, but when we installed it and started playing with it we knew that was it. The fact that Shawn adds features when one asks is very important to a business such as an ISP, and the fact that him or any number of his people are just a phone call or an email away is also very important. The product is great, we run it on 98 machine off site, our network is 100% Linux. We don't provide unlimited dialup so it was a challenge in the beginning to count the hours and apply the correct charges, but it is now flawless. We do not use the web interface and have no plans to, simply because our services are not targeted at your average user (no unlimited) but more toward businesses and specialty users, and I want to talk with each new customer. The Products list makes it real easy to manage the different products we have. The ability to add a charge for labor (site development, updating etc.) at any time and have OG list the services at the invoicing (we invoice our customers at the first of each month only) along with the correct charge, makes it a lot more efficient. It costs a little more than others we looked at in the past, but it is worth every penny !!
