Not really... the "automatic" billing of credit cards will bill for the
balance due.

If you are using MacAuthorize, MacAuthorize Hub, PC Authorize or PC
Authorize Hub you can click the Authorize CC button to bill an individual
customer, and on that screen you can override the amount you want to bill
their card.
