We are using MacAuthorize Hub for our credit card software. Steve said to tell
you that MacAuthorize Hub is running on the same machine as OptiGold (my
machine). I checked to see if the some of the customer's payments had been
posted, and they haven't been. On the actual record, it shows no new payments,
and their dates aren't being moved up either (obviously). Am I supposed to
manually go to each record and put a new payment in when their cards are run?
I thought that was the point of the post payment queue thing. I am entereing
our credit card people daily, so I will enter my people this morning, and
rebuild the index's (because I have to change their due dates). When I enter
the people in, and it asks me if I want to invoice the account now, I say yes,
and then invoice them. Then it asks me if I want to post payment to that
account, and I've been saying no. Am I supposed to say yes on that? If I do,
it will just record it onto that person's record before I actually bill his/her
credit card. Correct? But what if that person's card doesn't go through? We
are still fine tuning the Hub, also, so right now we have no way of knowing
whose card doesn't go through. SO...it wouldn't be good if I put in a new
payment for someone, then his card didn't run, and we have no way of knowing
it. Have I completely cofused you? Because I'm trying to. (just kidding)
:-D
One more thing, so how do I get those extra credit card people out of te bill
credit cards list? Do I have to manually post each of those people's payments?
(yuck)

I understand about the invoices now. Thanks for your help.
