Sub Accounts when you least expect them. From: Dan Mahoney, System Admin Date: Thursday, October 17, 2002
Time: 12:59:08 pmHi all,
I'm noticing some odd behavior here. I try to add another service to an
customer using the isp.html web interface using optigold 3.1.
It adds the service, but creates a sub-account on the fly. I can't figure
out why. Anyone else having this problem?
I've tried emailing support and other than asking for my version, and
asking if I was using isp.html (is there another?), I haven't heard
anything back yet. *sigh*.
