Click ACCNT, select the line item, Click ACCOUNT at the bottom of the screen, select EDIT. Select INCOME from the drop down menu and hit ok. We had to do this for all line items, e.g DSL_SETUP_FEE, ADSL_VZ_768 etc... The items will then show in your P & L. Shawn may know a better way.
