OptiGold via web.
I like Javier Galvez's idea to have a super user function to be able to
populate a wide variety of fields via the web.
I need to get the complete info via web for online setup. Almost all of our
broadband user signups are web based now.
Would be willing to contribute $$$ toward development if necessary.
This feature can save atleast 1 headcount for us.

Why not put it in Optigold first, have Optigold send the data to the
provider via a server event, then you could "trick" the Optigold web
interface (the ISP Management one) to populate the broadband fields on an
existing customer via HTTP...
