Time: 12:18:02 pmThe procedure is:
- Change the A record's TTL to a lower value, such as 5 minutes.
- Wait for the old TTL to expire - probably 1 day.
- Change the IP address of the machine.
- Change the IP address listed in the A record.
- Reset the TTL to its former value (possibly a blank value, to use
the zone's default TTL).
