Yes, you can cut/paste of course, but I don't feel like spending hours on
making the formatting look right. :-)

Well, frankly because it looks like crap. Yes, you can export in all
sorts of different formats, but they don't work very well *AT ALL*. It
looks so crappy and crazy that it's not even worth it.
Plus, each Chapter is a separate file, so it would be split into 23
different files...

Huh? I don't know much about PDF... hehe

Because the HTML output of a FrameMaker document looks like UTTER crap.
Myrimidon looks much better...
