Company Email Manager

Would it be possible to add a feature on the email manager to support
"canned" replys? For instance (and this is a silly example) Customer
wants their account info for their website, via email to support.
Support "replys" to the email, hits "load" to find a canned letter with
that info already filled out and sends it on.

Currently if someone wants the account info, its impossible to cut and
paste things back and forth. If I copy the password to the buffer, then
hit reply with a quote, the password is gone...
