Number of domains

Thanks lewis, however, there is no billing cycle for domain only accounts,
and these type of accounts do have the ability to add domains online,
unforetunately, all are showing no domains available to them.

If we enable a billing sycle for a customer that has only domains, then it
creates blank invoices.
